The company has been notified that Norman Hatcliff, a Director of Norish plc, purchased 1,300 (one thousand three hundred) shares yesterday, 21st November 2008 at STG0.42 each.  Mr. Hatcliff currently holds 18,903 (eighteen thousand nine hundred and three) shares representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the company.
