Norish is pleased to announce that it has surrendered its lease to occupy the premises known as Blocks C/D, Walton Ave, Felixstowe, Suffolk.
The premises, which were sub-let on a cost neutral basis to a third party, attracted a market rent of £600,000 per annum with a lease ending in 2014.
The decision to surrender the lease agreement falls in line with the Company’s strategy of exiting the non-food sector which was announced in 2005 and as a result, the company’s exposure to the long term rental liabilities has been significantly reduced
