Final Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December 2005

Following the announcement of its final results on 3 March 2006, the Board of Norish is recommending a final dividend of €1.25cent per share, subject to shareholders approval. The dividend will be paid on 26 May 2006 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 28 April 2006.

This will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31 December 2005 to €2.50cent per share which compares with a total dividend of €2.00cent for the year ended 31 December 2004.
